Eat-Man Opening Amv

Eat-Man is quite possibly the greatest obscure anime and manga with the stupidest name of all time. Hot dam this is a wonderfully made and fun series. On the surface, What seems to be a simple wandering hero story has some serious depth and multifaceted layers to it. It does a magnificent job of combining sci fi, western and fantasy elements together where so many other series fail. It’s one of the few kinds of anime I can watch repeatedly and come away with something new. It’s also one of those rare kinds of anime that does more showing then telling, leaving interpretation of many things up to the viewer. The best part of the show is that main character isn’t some squeaky-clean hero. He’s a pragmatic, moral, and flawed mercenary. Who will take almost any kind of job for money, but always tries to do the right thing (as long as you pay him of course). If you’re interested this blog here can explain it in better detail: http://landofobscusion.blogspot.com/2014/05/eat-man-oh-you-both-have-layers-oh-you.html This franchise has two twelve episode seasons and a 19 volume manga series. It’s not big on continuity but I consider the 1997 series to be a prequel to the manga and Eatman 98. Eat-Man Theme: “Chiisana Koi No Melody" I actually went to the effort to match the scenes to the song Lyrics: There’s just no place for screaming this violent melody with extreme rage! Hey, what’s the meaning of you embracing that young seventeen year old like that? Today I saw an old movie. It was called “The small melody of love”. The last scene featured two lovers running away in a truck. LASTINGGG MELODY! MELODY! MELODY! Those two, MELODY! MELODY! MELODY! Where the heck were they going?! MELODY! MELODY! MELODY! You probably know! MELODY! MELODY! MELODY! It’s most likely hell! No that’s not true. The world we live in is not made of sadness I will no longer allow anymore sadness to cause you further dismay.
